L. Ron Hubbard and World Institute of Scientology Enterprises
L. Ron Hubbard at his desk

The Hubbard management system is an extensive body of knowledge resulting from over a third of a century of observation, research, testing, application and re-testing by L. Ron Hubbard, one of the most exacting investigative researchers of modern times.

A prolific writer, L. Ron Hubbard’s name appears twice in the latest edition of the Guinness Book of Records as the most published author in history, with 1084 publications, as well as being the most translated author in history.

Mr. Hubbard developed the spiritual philosophy of Scientology. While functioning as Executive Director of the worldwide Scientology movement, Mr. Hubbard carried on a parallel line of research into the field of management systems. He applied his keen insight and investigative skills to uncovering the underlying laws which enable one to operate successful groups. These discoveries and breakthroughs in management, called the Hubbard management system, were published in over a dozen books and were key to the rapid expansion of this Worldwide movement.

Many people learned of this new and highly workable management system and began implementing this into their own businesses and organisations. Soon this knowledge too had spread across the globe. It became so highly in demand Mr. Hubbard directed that an organisation be set up to separate Church activities from the activity of overseeing the use of the Hubbard management system. This organisation is called WISE – World Institute of Scientology Enterprises. From the original writings of Mr.Hubbard WISE developed secular (non-religious) materials for use in the commercial world to assist any company to flourish and prosper and expand.

The Hubbard management system is today used by tens of thousands of companies across the World.

Training courses exist for personal development and training of company staff. These are delivered in in—house course rooms and at Hubbard Colleges of Administration. Many seminars and conventions are held which introduce this subject. There are even effective solutions to assist staff with learning difficulties.
