THE DWINDLING SPIRAL
In the absence of workable tools to dig oneself out of this trap the condition can become a dwindling spiral which affects one personally and flows out from there to family and friendships and of course the prosperity of the company.
The leader becomes subject to the stress, disillusionment, exhaustion, health problems, ulcers, etc. which are the occupational hazard of those in charge.
