Suppose for a second that your staff know exactly what they have to do, how their roles fit in with everyone else’s and the form of measurement used to hold them accountable.
Imagine everyone in your company really enjoys his or her job.
How satisfying do you think it would be to run a company like that?
How much faster would it grow and how much more profitable would it be?

Most small businesses in Australia have the potential to raise their own productivity by 30% to 40% without any immediate increase in staffing levels, but few ever achieve these gains, and here’s why:
They are simply not as well organised as they could be and as a result there is often unnecessary duplication of effort and a substantial loss of output.
Our aim at the Business Expansion Club is to assist business owners to improve the structure of their own enterprises. New members are provided with a Model of Admin Know-How workbook. The end result is the creation of a solid foundation for future growth.
Who we are
The Business Expansion Club is an international network operating in every continent.
Our members are business owners who have decided to improve the efficiency of their companies.
We are not a networking group, we have no vested interests and we meet once a week to improve our businesses.
The BEC is an all-denominational organisation and our members come from all sections of the community. We use common sense principles that follow one step after the other, to form a logical overall structure that is designed to:
- Improve selection processes
- Reduce staff turnover
- Raise job satisfaction levels
- Increase profitability
- Generate positive cash flows
This management system is made accessable to everyone. It regularly and routinely increases company productivity with less strain on the owner thus freeing up his or her time.

“The systems I have implemented through the BEC have taken my business forward in ways that would not otherwise have been possible. Joining the BEC was possibly the single most significant step I have taken in my career.”
